Booking information

Reservation

After receiving your booking request, we will send you the reservation confirmation via email within 12 hours

The inquiry form and the booking calendar are in German. You can also send us an email with your request to info@luxusvilla-opatija.com.

Payment

We charge 50% of the booking price as a deposit after the booking confirmation. This is to be transferred to our bank account within 3 days after confirmation. We will provide you with the bank details in the confirmation.

The remaining 50% must be transferred no later than 3 weeks before arrival

RENTAL CONDITION

Deposit: 50% upon booking
Final payment: 3 weeks before arrival via bank transfer
€300 cash deposit upon arrival, refundable upon departure
Check-in time: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM"

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Upon arrival, a refundable damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. This is to be paid in cash. Typically, you will receive the refund upon departure. The full damage deposit will be returned to you in cash after the accommodation has been inspected, and no damages have been found.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before the check-in. Guests who booked less than 30 days before the check-in date receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the check-in date. After that, a 50% refund is issued up to 7 days before check-in. No refund is issued thereafter.

According to § 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act), the invoice amount does not include value-added tax.
